A: Our perfumes are high-quality "inspired-by" fragrances. They are Faris Scents' own artistic interpretations of popular and classic scents. We use premium ingredients to create a long-lasting and sophisticated scent experience that is accessible to everyone.
Q: How long does the scent last?
A: The longevity of all our perfumes is a top priority. You can typically expect 6-8 hours of performance, but this can vary based on the specific scent, your skin type, and the weather.
Q: Can I return a perfume if I don't like the smell?
A: Due to our strict hygiene policy, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and still in their original sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns for opened bottles if you dislike the scent. We recommend reading the notes and descriptions carefully to find your perfect match!
Q: How should I store my perfume?
A: To make your fragrance last longer, store your bottle in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and humidity. A bedroom drawer or a closet is perfect. Avoid storing it in the bathroom, as the heat and steam can damage the perfume's quality.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email and an SMS with your tracking number and a link to the courier's website.
Q: Do you ship outside of Pakistan?
A: Currently, Faris Scents only delivers within Pakistan.
